The inspiration for this unique collection was a collaboration with world-renowned director Tim Burton during one of his exhibitions. The Tim Collection was one of our first efforts, based on the shapes of the glass cloches that cover Burton's artworks. These monumental pieces marked BOMMA's entry into the world of top-tier lighting design and set us on our path. Free-blown glass, without the use of a form, literally pushes the boundaries of this size and weight. Unique on a global scale, these lights combine minimalist design with the finest examples of masterful glassmaking.
