Contardi Lighting presents Lago, the new collection of outdoor lamps designed by Servomuto. The elegant and refined style, more akin to a home decor, when transferred to the outdoors, creates an almost decontextualized use. The collection is inspired by the rigor and simplicity of the typha, a plant typical of marshy areas that characterizes the banks of rivers and lakes. Thanks to its elegant shape, it was a very typical decoration for home interiors in the 1970s. Like the plant, the Lago collection also comes in three different heights—small, medium, and large—with a matte black lacquered structure and copper details, allowing the lamps to be arranged in groups, creating a kind of "luminous forest."
