Tracing lines of light in a space, each capable of illuminating in any direction. This is the purpose of Fris, a multi-purpose lighting system available in wall or ceiling suspension versions. It allows for the combination of several units in different sizes and positions, each directing its own beam. Its design consists of a glass tube that encloses the light. The unique feature is that the glass not only protects the light but also provides a mechanical function, suspending the assembly and allowing the lamp to rotate and its light to be directed. This is how glass is both material and function. The transparency of the glass reveals the interior of the lamp, which consists of two profiles: one enclosing the light source and the other acting as a parabola, projecting a light of high quality and intensity.
