The name Flar evokes the image of a flash or "flamboiement," which in French means an intense glow or burst of light. Extremely simple, yet highly decorative, Flar is a floor and table lamp that will not go unnoticed. Inspired by traditional windproof lanterns equipped with glass tubes to protect the flame, Flar features a rounded glass shade designed to enclose a filament LED bulb that amplifies the light source and diffuses a very soft, glass-filtered light, reminiscent of a contemporary candle.
