In today's digital age, where purchases are made with a click and reading is done with a swipe of the finger, we sometimes miss something as human as touching—with all its intention. The Bolita lamp invites you to touch the light to modulate it.
Its structure is as simple as it is magical: a round surface housing an LED located in its central axis, and a superimposed crystal ball that, when moved, constantly produces the effect of an eclipse. By moving the Bolita, we dim or brighten the light, and this play captivates with its beautiful visual effect.
Bolita seeks to engage the user. The idea of Florian and Sebastian of the kaschkasch studio was to design a lamp in which the dimming process is mechanical, not electronic. A technologically innovative design that celebrates the sense of touch.
