Studied architecture at the University Institute of Architecture of Venice, where he graduated in 1989. It expanded his studies in New York, but at the end of his doctoral thesis in 1989 he moved to to Barcelona, in 1991 he began to collaborate with Enric Miralles, with whom he later associated to form the Miralles Tagliabue EMBT studio. Their collaboration led them to to place your studio among the most prestigious architecture studios with international projection. The architecture workshop is characterized by the balance between a fragmented and convulsed aesthetic and respect for the tradition of the place, an idea that Miralles was able to transmit to Benedetta and that she has continued to shape.
